The Village at Whispering Pines is a vibrant, walkable and maintenance-free living and recreational community for 55 and older residents on 90 acres along Helderberg Avenue in the Town of Rotterdam, New York. The project encompasses the current Whispering Pines Golf Course and consists of:

Phase I

Expected to begin Spring 2025 and includes the construction of the independent living apartments, assisted living apartments and memory care apartments.
