The model home is complete. Photos of the interior are now available under the Photo Gallery tab or by clicking here. Lots 89, 88, 87, 86, 85, 84, 83, 124, 123, 122 are currently in progress.

Construction is well underway! The model home (lot 90) is near completion. You can view the model home during Sunday sales office hours, and at other times by appointment. Agents staffing the sales office have a key to the model home, and can accompany you down to the site.
Lots 89, 88, 87, 86, 85, 124, 123, 122 are currently in progress. As a reminder, you must be accompanied by a sales agent to tour any active construction site.

Construction of the model home is progressing! We anticipate opening the model for tours with our agents in the next 2-3 weeks.

HOA Offering Plan
The Homes at Whispering Pines Homeowners Association Offering Plan has been accepted by the New York State Attorney General’s office. You can find a copy of the Offering Plan here.
Model Home
Construction on the model home will begin in November.
Phase I
Construction of the Cottages will be started in phases.
The first lots that will be constructed will be Lots 78-89, 117-124 (see map below)
The Town of Rotterdam is requiring that infrastructure work be completed before they will issue building permits for the Cottages.
Based on that new information, construction for the cottages is estimated to begin in April 2023.
We will begin taking contracts on Lots 78-89, 117-124 for the Cottages within a couple of weeks.
